霸菱：美國QE3退場時間恐延後

多數經濟學家預期美國量化寬鬆政策可望在年底退場，霸菱資產管理指出，美國經濟數據表現不如預期，量化寬鬆政策要退場時間恐需延後。

霸菱資產管理表示，美國量化寬鬆政策推出主要在促進經濟復甦，聯準會日前制定二大目標，包括通膨降至2.5%水準之下，失業率降至 6.5%，若這二項數據越接近目標，則量化寬鬆政策存在的價值就越小，但檢視現階段美國這二項數據，要達成聯準會的期望以乎還有一段距離。
