遊燈會暖身　APP放天燈送親友

【高堂堯／南投報導】2014台灣燈會2月7日將在南投中興新村登場，南投縣政府今天正式推出官方網站，代理縣長陳志清指出，燈會展演內容、交通、食宿、相關商品消費等，民眾都可先上官網做功課、掌握燈會第一手資訊。
 
台灣雲端服務協會也致贈「放天燈遊南投」APP，民眾即起可逕行下載，透過APP施放「線上天燈」、寫上新春祈願，並寄發給全台各地的親友；陳志清表示，中華電信公司屆時將在遼闊的燈區和七大停車場設置3G基地台、220個以上的WIFI熱點，確保行動服務品質。
