1.河堤路那邊問看看（天河、還天月？），雄崗建設的就用力殺看看......，通常開價開很高，可以殺也殺很多.....但之前聽說漏水漏很大，現在不知道有無改善......另外那邊巷子裡面也有一批新蓋好的房子，你也可以問看看.....

2.忠誠路那邊房子很多，不過看起來應該都超過1000萬吧

3.不然嘉興東路那邊蓋了一區的新房子，看起來也很貴的感覺，只是說蓋很多間，不曉得開價開多少？你可以問看看！

4.竹圍國小那邊也有新房子，只是那邊應該不會太低吧.....

5.如果真的找不到的話，可以往岡山外圍的工業區那邊去找吧，只是好像建案好像很少.......

現在岡山的房子真的好像也很少低於800的新個案，以上只是我看到比較多新建案的地方，至於實價你可能要自己多跑多看，多殺價囉！
