xperia sp 充電與耗電

我手機剛買且保固期內 1.手機 連接電腦可以充電 可是用插座卻不能充電 ,今日有到門市部詢問 當場能夠充電 回家後試試也能充電 但是當我把插頭拔掉要在充時卻無法充(充電時(正常)>>AC充電中 ,我的是有插電(檢查都沒插錯,)卻是顯示未充電
2.我剛充飽100% 把所有能耗電的都關掉 >>1分鐘降至96%(正常嗎?)
