元大寶華：下半年景氣應優於上半年

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】元大寶華綜合經濟研究院今天表示，景氣燈號連續9個月亮黃藍燈，在國內外經濟影響下，可能減慢國內景氣回溫速度與時程。另外，央行報告顯示雖然國際經濟前景不明朗，但下半年我國經濟可望較上半年略成長、物價仍然偏低且流動性充裕下，未來一段時間央行都將維持目前低利率政策基調。

行政院經濟建設委員會昨天公布5月景氣燈號，續亮黃藍燈，第9個月黃藍燈；景氣對策信號綜合判斷分數由17分增至19分。元大寶華分析，在燈號9項構成指標中，因為在證所稅協商放鬆課徵力度與外資淨匯入下，5月「股價指數」亮出黃紅燈，且「貨幣總計數M1B」也在外資淨匯入下投入股市，亮出綠燈，各增加1分。

不過，其它指標表現差強人意，尤其「商業營業額銷售值指數」惡化，減1分。

元大寶華指出，雖然領先指標6個月平滑化年變動率連續10個月上升，且出現加速跡象，但美國第3輪量化寬鬆（QE3）政策規模將縮減預期，大幅擾動金融市場，可能進一步透過信心層面對實體經濟產生負面衝擊。
