台積電董事長張忠謀昨在股東會憂心表示，台灣目前在全球經濟體屬於「中間小康」程度，每年經濟成長原本應有百分之五或更高一點的潛力；但除非有像日本首相安倍晉三的「三支箭」刺激經濟，台灣才有轉機。
