兼職英文老師合約問題

各位大大你們好:
當初應徵老師時,
因為知道現在補習班都怕老師臨時離職而需簽訂合約,
但合約內容並沒有註明須做滿一年,
主任有口頭告知,
期限內容是空白的,
但因為我的是影本,
不知道正本是否會加上日期
合約上註明要離職需要三個月前提出,
也需等補習班找到合適的老師才能離開,
否則須賠償5萬元
但一個月的薪水也不過5000多
我今天需要上課,但我在上上星期已請老師找替代的老師,
只是補習班方面回應不找新老師,
希望我要做到約滿,
我實在很不想繼續為這樣的補習班服務
但又怕因此要賠5萬
上個月的薪水也領不到
可否告訴我該怎麼做?
今天是否該去上課?
我在該補習班上課大概是一個多月的時間
