遠航馬公衝出跑道 確認人為疏失

遠東航空去年5月16日一班飛往馬公班機，降落馬公機場時衝出跑道約100公尺，機上包括機組員、乘客有172人，所幸並無人傷亡。

飛安會調查發現，遠航飛行員未注意風的相關資訊，也沒有持續評估順風對安全落地影響，是造成降落衝出跑道的原因。

飛安會執行長王興中表示，飛航組員首次進場時，研判順風太大重飛，但2次進場時順風更大，達13到19浬，超過遠航航務手冊規定的10浬，但駕駛卻繼續操控飛機進場落地，才發生事故。駕駛當時應該選擇重飛，並換邊降落。

遠東航空復航2年，有鑑於遠航連續發生多起飛安疑慮事件，民航局近日甫決定嚴格監督，6月起限縮其兩岸航班，要求遠航落實加強飛安管理。
