期交所董事長范志強與河內證券交易所董事長Mr. Tran Van Dzung27日代表雙方公司簽署合作暨資訊交換備忘錄(MOU)，由於越南目前的金融衍生性商品市場尚處於籌備階段，因此雙方將從教育訓練展開合作的第一步，以協助其建立衍生性商品市場。

范志強表示，因應全球金融環境多變的挑戰，交易所之間的合作日趨重要。期交所自1997年成立至今已超過15年，不論在商品或是交易量方面均有大幅的成長，也因此累積豐富的衍生性商品市場經驗。由於越南目前的金融衍生性商品市場尚處於籌備階段，因此雙方將從教育訓練展開合作的第一步，以協助其建立衍生性商品市場。

河內證券交易所於2005年成立，負責上市股票、興櫃股票 (Unlisted Public Companies, UPCoM)及公債交易，為越南政府100%持有國營事業。2012年河內證券交易所上市股票總成交金額約109.7兆越盾(約52.7億美元)；UPCoM板未上市股票總成交金額約5.1兆越盾(約2.4億美元)。
